Leaving survival mode.

Over the past few months, I’ve spoken a lot about survival.
Invisible exhaustion.
A sensitive nervous system.
That moment when continuing “as usual” no longer truly feels possible.
Because at some point…
it’s no longer only about understanding.
It’s about learning how to breathe differently.
How to step out of inner urgency.

This is where Force Tranquille was born.
Not as another programme.
But as a space of safety.
A 90-day experience for sensitive people who no longer want to heal in urgency…
but rebuild themselves through safety.
Not to become “a better version” of themselves.
But to:
🌿 come back into the body,
🌿 come back to themselves,
🌿 come back to life.
This journey unfolds in three phases.

MONTH 1 — Landing back into the body
We slow things down.
We decompress.
We begin regulating the nervous system.
Together, we work with:

hypervigilance,
-
chronic stress,
-
nervous system exhaustion,
-
emotional overload,
-
and the feeling of constantly having to “hold everything together”.
Little by little…
the body can finally begin to feel:
“I am no longer in danger.”
MONTH 2 — Returning to your centre
As more safety begins to emerge…
clarity often follows naturally.
We explore:

survival patterns,
-
what silently drains your energy,
-
deeper emotional needs,
-
boundaries,
-
self-relationship,
-
and the inner trust that often never had the chance to fully develop while living in survival mode.
This is often the moment clients tell me:
“I feel like I’m finding myself again.”


MONTH 3 — Coming back to life
Not an explosion.
A quiet rebirth.
Little by little, something shifts.
Energy becomes more stable.
Action requires less force.
Joy feels simpler again.
Life begins to move at a rhythm that feels more respectful of the body and nervous system.
Something sustainable.
What Force Tranquille is not

mindset coaching,

a rigid method,

or pressure to “heal quickly”.
It is a deeply human somatic and emotional space…
to learn how to live differently than in permanent tension.
