About the event
A gentle get-together to slow down, breathe, connect… and take a little care of ourselves as mums 🌿
I would love to bring Mums in Bordeaux together for a relaxed moment centred around natural wellbeing, essential oils and simple sensory rituals that can easily be woven into everyday family life.
The idea isn’t to sit through a formal talk, but to create a warm and welcoming space where we can:
